Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Collectify, the platform available at collectify.sbs and api.collectify.sbs that connects to your Shopify store and keeps your store data in sync (the “Service”). By creating an account or connecting a store you agree to these terms. If you use Collectify on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that business.

2.The service

Collectify imports data from your Shopify store through the Shopify Admin API, keeps it current using Shopify webhooks, lets you view and manage it from a dashboard, and sends the changes you make back to Shopify. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

Collectify is an independent service. It is not operated or endorsed by Shopify, and your use of Shopify remains subject to Shopify’s own terms.

3.Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately at info@collectify.sbs if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.Connecting your Shopify store

To connect a store you provide its domain and an Admin API access token. You confirm that you own the store or are authorised by its owner to connect it, and you authorise Collectify to read and write store data within the scopes you grant.

• Changes you make in Collectify are pushed to your live Shopify store. Review edits before saving — you are responsible for the changes you make.
• Sync depends on Shopify’s APIs and webhooks. Delays, rate limits or outages on Shopify’s side can affect how quickly data appears.
• You can disconnect at any time by uninstalling the custom app or revoking its token in Shopify.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Connect a store you are not authorised to manage, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to access another store’s data, probe or bypass our security, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
• Overload the Service or its APIs with automated traffic beyond reasonable use.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

6.Your data

You keep all rights to your store data. You grant Collectify a limited licence to host, copy, process and transmit it only as needed to provide the Service. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

7.Plans and billing

Collectify is offered through subscription plans. Plan features, limits and prices are shown to you before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew for the period shown unless cancelled, and you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice.

8.Availability and changes

We work to keep Collectify available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the Service.

9.Suspension and termination

You may stop using Collectify and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. After termination, your synced store data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, Collectify is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use Collectify after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
